STANMECH provides installation support for all our customers; whether you've purchased a single tool or a custom built system we're here to help. 

• Support is provided by our technical sales team
• Standard installation and operating instructions are included with every tool 
• We're able to answer questions about installation, operation, or maintenance of our tools 
  • We'll do our best to answer questions about integration into existing systems but recommend contracting an integrator for complex systems
• We are available to provide clarifications and extra support over the phone or by email

Installation Assistance 

We aim to provide easy to follow instructions for the installation and set-up of any system we sell. For customers needing more help, we also offer installation assistance services.

• An expert will travel to your location
• They'll provide in-person assistance for set-up
• Work to ensure tools are performing optimally
• Can provide training to staff
