Not every application needs a full-service solution, that's why we offer a range of services from simple advice through custom system development. These are our three standard tiers of service and we offer custom packages as needed.
Tier 1: Proof of ConceptA low-cost option to get expert advice before you commit money to equipment.
PROBLEM DEFINITION
We learn everything we can about your process, its shortcomings, and your needs by talking with you and collecting as much data as possible. When possible, an on-site visit is arranged so we can investigate your process first-hand. ENGINEERING ANALYSIS
The scope of work depends on the type of problem and its complexity. We perform thermodynamic calculations focusing on the heat and air flow aspects of the project. We perform testing in our workshop to validate potential solutions. PROCESS/SYSTEM CONCEPT
You will receive a report after we complete our investigation with recommendations on the type of equipment your system should contain. |
Tier 2: Engineered DesignAn engineering design package that leaves you free to source from the supplier of your choice.

The scope of work depends on the type of problem and its complexity. We perform thermodynamic calculations focusing on the heat and air flow aspects of the project. We simulate the process in our workshop in order to optimize the solution utilizing scale models if necessary. Complex problems may necessitate the use of computational modelling tools. PROCESS/SYSTEM Design
We calculate the heater and blower size requirements of a potential system, design custom components if necessary, and select the best equipment for your application and budget. ENGINEERING DESIGN PACKAGE
You’ll receive a materials list that includes recommendations on equipment to be purchased including full technical specifications. Drawings for any custom designed nozzles, air knives, or other parts are included along with details for integration into your existing control system or design criteria for a new control panel, if required. |
Tier 3: Engineered SystemGet an engineered system that is ready to install at your facility.

We supply all the recommended equipment for your system including any specialty or custom items that are fabricated specifically for your project and the control system including panel, if applicable. SYSTEM BUILD
We assemble your system, test it in-house to be sure the results are satisfactory, and make any necessary adjustments before it ships to your facility. |
