We offer system design, build and consultation using both Proportional-Integral-Derivative Control (PID) and Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems. Our customized solutions work to your precise specifications and requirements. 

We design and custom build tunnels according to individual customer's unique applications.		This assembly was designed and built by STANMECH to allow the control and portability of a Tool 10,000 heater and SILENCE blower.
This PID system provides precisely controlled high temperature air (900˚C) using a three-phase solid-state relay.		This Vulcan hot air blower was modified to provide the customer with a separate control point for the blower motor and the hot air heater.
This combination PID and blower control was assembled to provide precise temperature control and a timed-delay blower control, to cool and maintain air flow to the hot air system after the hot air tools have been shut down.		This PID control system was designed and built by STANMECH to provide precise temperature control for three LHS hot air tools.
