Our wide range of tools can be used for a multitude of applications within the packaging industry, below are just a few:

Activation: use heated air or IR heaters to activate adhesive
Cleaning: strip away moisture or other contaminants from virtually any surface
Drying: dry printing inks or containers to increase production speed
Shrinking: shrink tamper bands, sleeves, labels, wrappers, fix labels in place, seal caps
Sterilization: use heated air or IR heaters to sterilize containers prior to filling

We have developed both complete systems and individual product solutions for a multitude of customers in the consumer packaged goods markets. Our knowledge of the precise application of both ambient and heated air has assisted many of our customers in the optimization of their packaging lines. Our customized approach to heat tunnel design and development has been especially helpful to customers with difficult shrink label and tamper band applications.
