Intricately machined parts have excess anti-rust inhibitor removed to avoid caking using JetAir JetBlast air knives.
A hot-air blower with spoon reflector bonds the paint after pad printing and makes it scratch resistant.
Plastic parts are deburred with a jet of hot air following the
injection moulding process. This solution was custom built by STANMECH
according to the specific needs of the application.
