  • Activation: use heated air or IR heaters to activate packaging adhesive
  • Cleaning: strip away moisture or debris from virtually any surface
  • Drying: dry fruits and vegetables after washing, dehydrate fruits and vegetables, dry containers inside or out
  • Glazing: use heated air or IR heaters to produce an even surface on food based coatings such as frosting, chocolate, etc.
  • Melting: use heated air or IR heaters to melt ingredients or cook product
  • Shrinking: shrink tamper bands, sleeves, labels, wrappers, fix labels in place, seal caps
  • Sterilization: use heated air or IR heaters to sterilize containers prior to filling

Cans bottoms are dried using JetAir's JetBlast air knife before date coding. Dry cans result in fewer rejects and better looking packaging.

Fruits and vegetables can be dried quickly and with less damage using JetAir or Leister. Drying produce reduces the chance of mould growth.

JetBlast air knives are used to remove moisture from bottles prior to labelling. The use of this system allowed the brewer to reduce reject rates and time dramatically and use a self-stick label.
