STANMECH chooses from a suite of equipment including Leister’s range of hot air heaters, blowers, hot air hand tools, automatic and semi-automatic hot air welders, and tensile testing machines, JetAir’s range of direct-drive blowers and custom air knives in order to create the optimal solution for each individual application. STANMECH can recommend a single tool or design a custom system to address unique application problems in the industrial fabrics industry.

We can design, fabricate, and integrate an application specific system including:

Our tools can handle an array of tasks, use them to:

• Weld PVC, ECB, CSPE, EPDM or PVDF coated fabrics or membranes
• Dry printing ink to increase production line speed
• Activate hot melt adhesive
• Burn in paint following pad printing
• Mark fibre-glass insulation boards
• Dry labels after their application

• Remove water, oil, debris, or other contaminants
