Our wide range of tools are used for a multitude of applications within the automotive industry, below are just a few:
- Activation: use heated air or IR heaters to activate adhesives
- Cleaning: use heated or high velocity air to remove water, oil, debris, and other contaminants
- Deflashing: use heated air or IR heaters to remove flash from plastic parts or fix irregularities in plastic after moulding
- Drying: use heated air or IR heaters to dry glue, water or paint on parts or assembled units
- Testing: test exhaust systems using heated air
- Welding: use heated air to apply a layer of metal to starter terminals or other areas

JetAir's JetBlast air knife is used to remove water from batteries after washing to ensure no moisture remains, even water under the caps is removed effectively. Water under the caps can leak during transport, because it looks like acid the entire shipment will be rejected.
