Hot Air Hand Tools, Automatic Welders and Generators
Our hot air tools have been the leading industry standard for roofing specialists since 1949. From our workhorse hand tools, the Triac S & PID to the high powered Electron, we have a hot air hand tool to meet your specific needs, regardless of the roofing membrane being applied.
Our line of automatic and semi-automatic hot air welding machines which include the Triac Drive and Varimat V are used to weld most single-ply roof membrane applications where precision, quality and reliability are a must. The latest addition to our line of automatic roofing welding machines is the Bitumat. The Bitumat has been specifically designed for flameless joining of modified bitumen roofing products at high speeds.
The EXAMO is our field tested tensile tester for destructive tensile test evaluation right at the construction site. This robust machine is ideal for applications that require accurate peel, tensile and shear test results.
Our generators, with Smooth Wave Technology, have been used as the industry standard across Canada for the past 5 years. They are purpose designed and built for the rigors of roofing applications and are especially well suited for use with the Varimat V automatic roofing welder and our complete line of hot air hand tools.
