Industrial Fabric Joining Technology
Whether it is PVC, ECB, CSPE, EPDM or PVDF coated fabrics or membranes, our hot air welding technology welds all types of industrial fabrics with precision using easy-to-operate equipment.
For efficient hot air welding of industrial fabrics, the Uniplan E is ideal. An integrated guide roller keeps the Uniplan precisely on course and the face mounted digital display shows set and actual values of temperature, air speed and welding speed. The Uniplan Wedge is silent and smoke free due to hot wedge technology. Integrated automatic drive sensors and optional laser guide make welding particularly easy and precise. The microprocessor controlled high performance Unimat V ensures high speed performance with precise quality. Our semi automatic hot air welder, the Triac Drive, provides an economical alternative to our fully automatic machines. Our line of hand tools, the Triac S & PID and the Hot Jet S, provide the perfect complement to our automatic machines for finishing applications where detail welding needs to be completed by hand. The EXAMO is our digital tensile testing machine for use both in the field and in the lab.
