Hot Air Heaters, Blowers, Heat Tunnels and Nozzles

Our Leister hot air heaters and blowers have been the industry benchmark since 1949. Our goal is to provide our customers with hot air solutions that will make a real, measurable improvement in their processes. Using our hot air heaters & blowers, we provide
this precise application of process heat for many industrial processes including activation, heating, curing, melting, shrinking, sterilization, drying or warming.

Our workhorse LE line of tools, from the Labo 34 through to the powerful Tool 40000, can provide voltages from 120 to 480 volts, wattages from 400 to 40000 and temperatures up to 900ºC. Combined with our thousands of nozzle designs and custom heat tunnels, we can ensure that the process heat generated with our industrial heat sources gets to the right place.

We have supplemented LE hot air tools with our latest innovation in industrial heat sources, LHS line. This new series features three different ranges called the LHS Classic, LHS Premium and the LHS System. These hot air tools come in three different diameters of 20, 40 and 60 mm and two different lengths. The overall design of the new tools features a slimmed-down profile with an integrated plug and play modular approach to industrial applications and equipment.

The LHS Classics tool program includes hot air tools from 120 volts & 2 kW up to 3 phase 480 volts & 16 kW. The tools are designed to provide constant heating power with limited external control by either a solid-state relay or a contactor.

The LHS Premium line features a continuously variable rotary temperature control to provide a range of temperature operation from 0 to 650°C from 120 Volts & 2 kW up to 3 phase 480 volts & 16 kW. The control system for temperature control is integrated directly into the body of the hot air tool. The tools in the Premium line can be upgraded to System tools at any time by changing one component.

The most technologically advanced product in the new LHS series is the LHS System of hot air tools to provide a range of temperature operation from 0 to 650°C from 120 Volts & 2 kW up to 3 phase 480 volts & 16 kW. The LHS System can be controlled via a 4 to 20 mA signal, from a temperature controller or a PLC.

All of the tools in the LHS line are compatible with our complete range of Leister blowers, nozzles and accessories. We often modify our nozzle designs to meet the special needs of our individual customer’s unique applications.  Additionally, we design and fabricate our own heat tunnels to deal with specific shrinking and drying requirements.

Our Leister blowers, which include our two high pressure regenerative blowers, the Robust and the Airpack and our two medium pressure blowers, the Silence and the ASO, have been designed and built for use with all of our industrial heat sources.

Our integrated hot air blowers, the Mistral, Hotwind S and Vulcan E, combine the best of our hot air technology with integrated air sources to provide portability and precise temperature control up to 800ºC. These tools range in voltage from 120 to 440 and in wattage from 2700 to 13500.
